We are pleased to share exciting news about our leadership team. Starting January 1, 2026, Michael Wagman will become Lipton LLP’s Managing Partner.
Michael has been part of Lipton for over three decades, beginning as an accounting and assurance student in 1990 and becoming a partner in 2002. He brings experience advising owner-managed businesses across industries such as professional services, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate.
We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to Fred Arshoff and Jeffrey Nightingale, who have served as co-Managing Partners for the past 13 years. Their leadership has shaped our culture of teamwork, innovation, and exceptional client service. Fred and Jeff will continue working closely with clients, ensuring the same level of dedication you have come to expect.
