• Business Valuations - We can perform business valuations for or a variety of purposes such as purchase/sale/merger/shareholder/ partner buy-outs or disputes, public or private offerings, financing's, income tax and estate planning, Canada Customs and Revenue Agency assessments, insurance, corporate reorganizations, marriage breakdown and management/employee remuneration.
• Mergers and acquisitions. We will perform due diligence on behalf of a purchaser and prepare a seller for the due diligence process conducted by a potential buyer. We will review the tax implications of a transaction and address structuring and tax issues related to a transaction
• Litigation support including quantification of damages for insurance-related matters (e.g., personal injury and fatalities, expropriation, business interruption), shareholder oppressions, partnership and corporate dissolutions, breach of contract, intellectual property, professional and other negligence/duty of care actions, and investigative audit.
• Transaction advisory – We provide due diligence services and accounting consultation on areas such as consolidation and business acquisition accounting including valuation of intangible assets.
